Shipping & Returns PolicyBy accepting charge(s) of any product(s) made from Progressive Machine Tools, customers (buyers) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the customer will be considered as material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are void with/without customer acknowledgement. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, with or without prior written notice to the customer(s). Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time before you place an order from Progressive Machine Tools.
Shipping methods Progressive Machine Tools uses UPS exclusively for its shipping. Available rates are Ground and Next Day Air by 10:30AM.
Shipping information Rates for bulky items and items over 50 pounds are determined by PMT and buyer. These items may be subject to additional fees that will not be displayed in the shipping price. Please call 918-665-1000 for a quote. Large Items (over 150 lbs.) cannot be shipped via UPS. You may still place your order online but shipping will be added once a shipping rate and carrier is determined. Please call 918-665-1000 for questions concerning shipping large items before you place your order. Hazardous materials require special handling, are not service level guaranteed and may be subject to local, state and federal regulations which may delay or prohibit shipments. Hazardous materials will not be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii or exported outside of the contiguous United States. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.
Currently we are unable to ship Kennametal products to addresses outside the state of Oklahoma. Orders to states other than Oklahoma that contain Kennametal products will have those orders modified to remove Kennametal items. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
Processing Orders received after 3:00PM Central Time will be processed on the next business day. Orders may be split into multiple shipments, depending on availability. PMT may contact customer regarding orders placed. Every effort will be made to process orders in a timely manner. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or other factors affecting UPS deliveries.
Hold Status Orders will be put on hold status if they cannot be processed due to an error. Errors may include, but are not limited to the following:
To prevent delays, please be certain all information has been correctly input. PMT reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be verified or processed. PMT reserves the right to refuse any order.
Returns
Special order and special manufacturer items cannot be returned.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number
All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products
Physical Damages to any product will void the product warranty and eligibility for return
Typographical Errors Progressive Machine Tools is not responsible for typographical errors. All typographical errors are subject to correction. |
